Rehearsals are held every Wednesday evening in central Cheltenham, and every year the orchestra gives four public concerts in Cheltenham Town Hall or other local venues.

These rehearsals start at 7:30pm and are held at Highbury Congregational Church, Oxford Street, Cheltenham, GL52 6EP.
